Our restaurant offers a Swedish-style buffet that can cater to all preferences, including vegetarian and vegan patrons.

For those who want more than just a cold snack, we are fully prepared to serve an assortment of Romanian and international meals & desserts.

As a little bit of added trivia, this type of serving is originally known as Smörgåsbord, which first cropped up outside Scandinavia during the 1939 World’s Fair in New York, when a Swedish restaurant served a smörgåsbord as we know it today.

This, however, was not the first occasion of a smörgåsbord, as this was more of an accidental reinvention.

Earlier in history, people enjoyed such snacks under the name Aquavit Table, whereby they served shots of aquavit, accompanied by a selection of cheeses, pickles, and meats laid out on a side table to snack before the main meal.

As the years passed, this snacking occasion became more of a main course meal instead, enjoying the modern status it has today.
